Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Veyrnox.ai, operated by Veyrnox Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17299951), registered office Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, England, E17 3NU. By creating an account or generating content you agree to them.

1. The service

Veyrnox.ai is a credit-metered service for generating images, video and audio with third-party AI models. Every generation shows its credit cost before you confirm. We may add, remove or re-price models at any time; the price shown at the moment you generate is the price you pay.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the free-credit grant.

3. Credits

• New accounts receive 10 free credits. Free credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, are used before purchased credits, and expire 90 days after they are granted if unused.
• Purchased credits never expire.
• Purchased credits are debited when a generation is submitted. If the provider fails to complete the generation, the debit is automatically refunded to your balance. See our Refund Policy.
• Credits are not transferable between accounts.
• Referral rewards: if a friend joins through your referral link and buys their first credit pack, you may earn credits worth 10% of that pack, added to your balance 14 days after their purchase if it has not been refunded or disputed. Referral credits have no cash value, never expire and are never paid out as money. If that purchase is refunded or disputed after the reward was added, the reward is taken back, up to the purchased credits you still hold. Rewards are limited to 20 and 2,000 credits per calendar month, and we may withhold or reverse a reward for self-referral or abuse.

• Credit packs are sold through Stripe Checkout. Under Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe, Inc. is the Merchant of Record and the seller of record for your credit pack purchase: Stripe takes the payment, charges and remits any VAT or sales tax due for your location, and issues your receipt. The total including tax is shown before you pay. Veyrnox Ltd provides the Veyrnox.ai service that the credits are spent on, and these terms govern your use of it. Stripe handles your card details; we never see them.
• Before you buy, you must tick a box confirming: “I want my credits added to my account straight away. I understand that once I use any of these credits to generate, I lose my right to cancel this purchase.” See our Refund Policy.

4. Your inputs and outputs

• You keep whatever rights you hold in the prompts and reference files you upload. You grant us a licence to process them solely to run the service.
• Subject to these terms and each underlying model provider’s licence, you may use generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes.
• Outputs are AI-generated. We do not currently attach content credentials or a machine-readable provenance signature to generated files. Where you publish an output, you are responsible for any labelling a platform or applicable law requires of you. If we begin attaching credentials we will say so here, and you must not then remove or alter them.
• You must not use the service to generate, upload or publish sexually explicit content, unlawful content, content that infringes others’ rights, sexualised content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, malware or content intended to deceive in a way that causes harm.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse-engineering, rate-limit evasion, or reselling access without a written agreement. We may throttle or suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

6. Availability

The service depends on third-party model providers and may be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Failed generations are refunded; nothing more is owed for downtime.

7. Embedded video

Some free Social Cinema series play through the official YouTube embedded player. YouTube remains the source of those videos, and your use of that player is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. We may remove an embedded title if its creator disables embedding or removes the source video.

7A. Social Cinema publication

Approved creators must follow the Cinema Content Policy, choose an accurate Veyrnox audience label, declare relevant content warnings, and submit only files they reasonably believe are safe. Veyrnox labels are guidance and are not official BBFC classifications. Submission does not guarantee publication.

We may automatically inspect metadata, images, sampled video frames, speech or captions and file-safety signals; quarantine a submission; require human review; or reject, restrict, suspend or remove a title. A required safety check must pass before publication. Creators may appeal a decision using the contact route in the Cinema Content Policy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Consumers

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for breach with notice where practicable.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also rely on mandatory protections of their home country.
